Our Commitment
bigradio (operated by bigradio.io Technologies Ltd) has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
We are committed to keeping minors safe and to preventing our service from being used to create, store, share, or solicit any material or behaviour that sexually exploits or endangers children. These standards apply to every user, in every part of the platform — direct messages, spaces, debates, polls, profiles, and uploads.
Strictly Prohibited
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action:
- •Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — images, video, drawings, or text.
- •Sexualization of minors, including grooming, sexual solicitation, or sextortion of a child.
- •Sharing, requesting, or facilitating access to CSAE/CSAM.
- •Attempting to contact or befriend a minor for sexual purposes.
- •Any other content or conduct that endangers a child.
Minimum Age
bigradio is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age required in your country/region). You must meet the minimum age to create an account. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under the minimum age, we will remove it.
How to Report
If you encounter content or behaviour that may exploit or endanger a child:
- •In-app: use the report / block controls available on messages, profiles, spaces, debates and polls.
- •Email: contact our safety team at safety@bigradio.io with as much detail as you can (links, usernames, screenshots if safe to capture).
Reports are prioritised and reviewed promptly. Do not download, copy, or re-share suspected CSAM — report it and let us and the authorities handle it.
How We Respond
When we identify CSAE/CSAM, we will:
- •Remove the content immediately.
- •Ban the responsible account(s) and block re-registration where possible.
- •Preserve relevant evidence as required by law.
- •Report to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local law enforcement and hotlines as applicable in the relevant jurisdiction.
We cooperate with valid legal requests from child-protection authorities.
Encryption & Safety
Direct messages on bigradio are end-to-end encrypted, which means we cannot read their contents. Encryption protects everyone's privacy — and it does not place anyone above the law. We act on every report we receive, apply the prohibitions above platform-wide, and build abuse-reporting and blocking tools so users can flag harm even in private surfaces.
