Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of bigradio, a private end-to-end encrypted messaging platform operated by bigradio.io Technologies Ltd.

By registering an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and bigradio.io Technologies Ltd.

To use bigradio you must:

• •Be at least 13 years of age.
• •Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• •Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law.

When you create a bigradio account:

• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• •You must not create accounts for other people without their explicit knowledge and consent.
• •Each person may hold only one account. Impersonating others is strictly prohibited.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support@bigradio.io immediately.

bigradio may be used for lawful personal and professional communication including:

• •Private messaging with individuals and groups.
• •Secure sharing of files, images, voice messages, and media.
• •Organizing communities, group chats, and professional networks.
• •Any other lawful communication purpose consistent with your local laws.

You may not use bigradio to:

• •Transmit, store, or share illegal content of any kind.
• •Harass, abuse, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any person.
• •Impersonate any individual, organization, or entity.
• •Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or automated messages.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems.
• •Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• •Transmit malware, viruses, or any destructive or harmful code.
• •Any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors — absolute prohibition.

⚠️ Zero tolerance: Any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors will result in immediate account termination and mandatory reporting to the relevant authorities.

You own your content. All messages, files, and media you create on bigradio remain your intellectual property. We claim no ownership over your conversations.

By using the service, you grant bigradio.io Technologies Ltd a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to transmit, store, and deliver your content solely for the purpose of operating bigradio. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

Your use of bigradio is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are committed to handling your personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

We provide bigradio on a best-effort basis. While we aim for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, typically with advance in-app notice.

We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by temporary service unavailability, including any loss of message data during service interruptions.

• •You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account.
• •We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.
• •In cases of severe violations (e.g., illegal content), termination is immediate.

Following account deletion, all your data will be permanently purged within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

bigradio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind — express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

While we implement strong security measures, no system is completely immune to security threats. We do not warrant the absolute security of data transmitted through the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bigradio.io Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from your use of or inability to use bigradio.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of bigradio after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance.

The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most current version.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. We encourage resolving disputes through good-faith direct communication before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
